S & C Training Program

You will follow a training program that is designed for women at all ages and stages of life. You have options to adjust the training individually to your level for all Strength, Conditioning and Mobility sessions.

Individual Feedback

You will receive individual feedback on True Coach for all logged training sessions and questions.

Additionally you will be able to submit a weekly individual check in form.

Messenger Support

You will have access to me as your coach via the in app messenger or our WhatsApp community group.

Education

I will share additional challenges and educational content like Ebooks and webinars about training, nutrition, mobility, female physiology with you. You will have access to these resources at any time.

Training App

Your will have access to your training via TrueCoach. You can log your training, upload videos and add notes or questions to your sessions.

FAQs

  • We go through 6-8 week training blocks at a time. Each block builds on the previous one, but you can join the group at the start of each new block. There are 5 sessions per week in total that include strength, conditioning and mobility. Based on the assessment you can tailor the mobility and strength sessions to your level. I will give you feedback and guidance to make sure you’re challenged and follow the program with the right intention and effort.

    • A/B track to cater to different age groups (A = women <40 yrs // B = women over 40yrs; women in perimenopaus/menopause)

  • In general this program is designed for the active female population or those who want to be more active, fitter and stronger.

    There are two tracks, both of which follow the same training principals and structure, but with some slight tweaks depending on which population the track is aimed for (A/B).

    For multiple reasons I do not recommend this program to beginners who have never set foot in a gym before.

  • Ideally you have access to a gym, but you can make it work at home if you have basic equipment such as:

    • Barbell

    • Dumbbells or Kettlebells

    • Resistance Bands

    • A cardio Machine (alternatively you can also opt for running, swimming or biking)

    • Yoga Blocks (for Mobility)

    If you are training at home and don’t have access to a lot of equipment I will happily help you adjust the program for whatever equipment you have available at home.

  • You can subscribe before the start of a new training cycle (roughly every 6-8 weeks).

    We have a 2 week cancellation policy. Which means you can unsubscribe from the program up to 2 weeks before your subscription renews.

  • Everyone has the same structure and training layout (with options to adjust to your schedule and training level)

    You have two options when you subscribe.

    You either subscribe to EmpowHER Athlete or EmpowHER Athlete Basic.

    The first one offers the training program + more individual feedback and help, guidance (training but also around nutrition, sleep, etc.)

    The latter is for those who just want to follow the training program and don’t need the individual feedback, help and guidance. There will be a check in once a month to make sure things are going well.
